FindHelpNow TN

FindHelpNow TN is a free near real-time substance-use disorder treatment availability locator and information center looking to onboard facilities across the state.

FindHelpNow TN includes licensed treatment providers across TN, including private, non-profit, and faith-based- treatment providers, residential and outpatient programs, and providers of medication for opioid use disorder.

Individuals can search for treatment by location, type of treatment needed, and method of payment. It also provides assistance in finding treatment for those with co-occurring mental health disorders and for patients who are pregnant or postpartum, as well as other special populations and needs.

List Your Facility

FindHelpNow TN is in the process of onboarding providers. List your facility for free today!

• A Facility Update Manager (FUM) will need to be designated for your facility. This person will be in charge of updating every 9 days for residential and every 3 months for outpatient facilities.
• Contact the onboarding team, located at TTU, at tn@findhelpnowtn.org or call us at (931) 372-6737 with your FUM contact information to access tutorials and step-by-step directions.
• Once access is granted, complete your facilities profile in its entirety and request publication.
• The onboarding team will then review your provided information and list your facility on FindHelpNow TN

FindHelpNow Background

The site was developed by the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center (KIPRC) working for the KY Department of Public Health in partnership with the KY Office of Drug Control Policy, the KY Department for Behavioral Health, and Operation UNITE. Through a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) grant, KY is working to replicate the site in other states, starting in Tennessee!

FindHelpNow TN is led by the Tennessee Department of Health in collaboration with KIPRC, Tennessee Tech University (TTU), the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and the Tennessee Association of Alcohol, Drug, and other Addiction Services (TAADAS).
