Clay County SADD Club Working on Multiple Projects in 2019

The Clay County High School SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) Club observed the National Drug and Alcohol Fact Week by having a "Drug Fact of the Day" question on the morning announcements. Students were able to answer the question and turn it in for a drawing of a prize.

During one of the SADD Club's weekly meetings, we also played "Drug Fact Bingo", where the club members were able to match the definitions of common drugs and disorders with the appropriate term associated with it, in a bingo style game.

The SADD Club has also been busy creating a video explaining the Graduated Drivers License (GDL) for the Ford Safe Driving Skills for Life competition. CCHS SADD Club is one of five chosen clubs participating in this video competition in Tennessee. The SADD Club has also entered the Pass On Passengers competition, with an idea for a PSA about young drivers with too many passengers in the vehicle and including safety tips.
