Hamilton Co. Coalition's Youth Empowerment Society Creates Activity Booklets

Many parents understand the importance of talking about the dangers of alcohol, tobacco and RX drugs with their children, but many don't know where to start.

To combat this issue, the Hamilton County Coalition's Youth Empowerment Society created activity books designed to be conversation starters between parents and children on the dangers of these substances and the consequences that can stem from using them.

The Hamilton County Coalition's group of Chattanooga-area high school students included pages to color, solve crossword puzzles and mazes, as well as helpful resources in Chattanooga and beyond where kids can be safe and learn more about harmful substances.

These books are available and free to the public. To request books for your child, class or church group, contact the Hamilton County Coalition at 423-305-1449.
