Fraudulent prescriptions of opioids with an estimated street value of $292,650 were investigated by the 29th JD of the West TN Violent Crime and Drug Task Force and the Office of Inspector General. Operation Kudzu put a stop to this pattern of opioids being placed on the streets in the Union City and Dyersburg, Tennessee area.
