During February 2019, two billboards were put up in Harriman and Rockwood as a media campaign to raise awareness of Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS). The campaign “Your baby’s life shouldn’t begin with detox” was created in conjunction with Metro Drug Coalition, Roane County Anti-Drug Coalition, ASAP of Anderson, and Rescue 180.
