SADD Club Uses Virtual Reality To Educate Students

Thursday, February 2, 2017 - During our SADD Shines Celebration Week, we had the pleasure of having the virtual reality simulator at our school. During lunch, students were able to experience the effects of driving under the influence. The Drugged and Drowsy Teen Driving Simulator was designed for a partnership between SADD, INC. (Students Against Destructive Decisions) and iCUBE. The project simulates the effects of various substances (insert substances here) on the driving experience and was developed under the guidance of a local Drug Recognition Expert to ensure an accurate depiction of the physiological effects of the selected substances on your body.
